Russell Bogart
Russell Bogart is an associate at Storch Amini & Munves. He graduated from Johns Hopkins University in 1992 and graduated with Honors from George Washington University Law School in 1996. During law school, he interned for a year with a federal judge at the United States Court of Federal Claims and for a semester with the United States Senate Judiciary Committee, Minority Counsel’s office. Mr. Bogart has prevailed in more than 15 appeals before New York courts and has experience handling cases involving a broad range of subject matters, including federal civil rights, constitutional law, criminal law, mass torts and product liability, commercial law and administrative law. Mr. Bogart is a member of the American Bar Association, Litigation Section and the New York City Bar Association and is admitted to practice in New York, the District of Columbia and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. His practice concentration with Storch Amini & Munves is litigation.
