Elizabeth M. Toll
Elizabeth M. Toll is Counsel to the firm in our New York office. Ms. Toll graduated from Barnard College in 1969, and graduated first in her class, with high honors, from New York Law School in 1973. While at New York Law School she received the Trustee’s Award, the American Jurisprudence Award for torts and family law, and was Articles Editor of the New York Law School Law Review. Ms. Toll was formerly associated with Parker Chapin Flattau & Klimpl (now Troutman Sanders LLP) and has specialized in securities and RICO litigation. Ms. Toll is admitted to practice in New York State, in the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern districts of New York, and in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. She is a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
