Bonnie Alison Tucker

Bonnie Alison Tucker is a graduate of The George Washington University from which she earned a B.A. in Psychology. Ms. Tucker graduated from Hofstra University School of Law in 2002, where she served as Research Editor on the Hofstra Labor and Employment Law Journal and co-authored “The Eleventh Amendment: ‘A Work In Progress,’” Hofstra Labor and Employment Law Journal, Volume 19, No. 1. While in law school, Ms. Tucker was the Vice President of the Public Justice Foundation, and also served as a Law Clerk in the Litigation Department of the New York State Office of the Attorney General.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Tucker worked in the litigation group at a mid-sized New York firm, where she gained extensive experience in commercial litigation, real estate, contracts, bankruptcy and insurance defense and coverage.

Ms. Tucker is admitted to practice in the states of New York and New Jersey, and in the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, and the District of New Jersey.
